Saturday 25 April 2009 Hawtree Queens Park won 4 matches to 1 at home against Blue Mountain.

2008                                                                                                              The winners of the club mixed greensomes knockout were Pauline and Keith.

Wednesday 15 October 2008 BAGC CLOSED MIXED GREENSOMES  In the scratch competition 2nd place went to Bob and Jacqui.  In the handicap competition 1st was Keith and Pauline, 2nd John and Sandra, 3rd Maurice and Sheila, 4th Jim and Sara.

Friday 22 August 2008 DOUGLAS BADER REGIONAL FINALS Alas Keith and Pauline were not placed in the competition on a very soggy Stover Golf Club course.  Next year?

Sunday 17 August 2008 THE COUNTY FOURSOMES This was held at Bulbury Woods Golf Club.  Neither Carorl and Roger, playing off scratch or Sandra and John were placed in this mixed event.

Friday 4 July 2008 DOUGLAS BADER This is a mixed greensomes with the winners going to a regional final in Devon.  Well done to Keith and Pauline who won again this year with 43 points.  Well done to Gary and Julie who came second with 41 points.  Watch this space to see how Keith and Pauline do.

Sunday 13 July 2008 HAWTREE We were drawn away at Portsmouth.  The team were Sheila and Mike, Pam and Adam, Sara and Matt, Carol and Roger, Pauline and Keith.  We were beaten 4 matches to 1.  Portsmouth are a very strong team and with home advantage as well it was a tough task.  Well done Portsmouth and good luck as you go forward to the next round.

Saturday 31 May 2008 HAWTREE      We played at home against Thorney Park.  The team were Stacey and Adam, Cheryl and Sid, Carol and Roger, Sheila and Steve, Pauline and Keith.  We won 4 matches to 1 on a lovely warm sunny day.  Watch this space for the next round.   

Saturday 12 April 2008 HAWTREE.  Queens Park were drawn away at Birdshill Golf Club, Maidenhead, Berkshire.  The team were Carol and Roger, Lucy and Sid, Pauline and Adam, Cheryl and John, Sheila and Micky.  We won all 5 matches which was very pleasing as not only were we playing on an unfamiliar course but the weather was very cold with outbreaks of rain and high winds.  Also Birdshill Golf Club went a long way in the competition last year.   

March 2008  BAGC GOLDEN PUTTER.  This competition is run each year in aide of the Mayors charity.  Well done to teams from Queens Park Golf Club who swept the board.  1st Lin, Les, Steve and Micky.  2nd was a family team Roz, Mike, Matt and Rob.  3rd was Sandy, John ??.
